“工欲善其事，必先利其器”環(huán)虹公司率先引進全國最先進的“全工序激光鈑金加工系統(tǒng)”，該系統(tǒng)可實現(xiàn)從：開平、分料、雕刻、打磨、打碼一條龍施工，并可多種工程材料混合搭配一起雕刻，每塊板材上會打碼，準確打上工程項目名稱，方便區(qū)分各工程項目材料，該系統(tǒng)的投產(chǎn)最大程度上提高了工作效率，減少手工帶來的誤差和浪費，從而大幅度提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及降低生產(chǎn)成本。
“Ahandy tool makes a handy man”.Huanhong Company took the lead to bring in“whole-process laser sheet metal processing system” which the mostadvancedin the country.This system can realize complete process from levelling,sub-feeding，engraving，polishing to code printing,and can mixed engrave engineering materials of several kinds. Each panel willbe printed with code,with precise project name,for ease of distinguishing materials of different projects.This system started production to best increase work efficiency,reduce errorand waste caused by manual work，and thus greatly improve product quality and reduce production costs.

鋁單板表面一般經(jīng)過鉻化等前處理后，再采用氟碳噴涂處理。氟碳涂料底漆面漆和清漆的聚偏乙烯樹脂（KANR500）。一般分為二涂、三涂和四涂。氟碳涂層具有卓越的抗腐蝕性和耐候性，能抗酸雨、鹽霧和各種空氣污染物，耐冷熱性能極好，能抵御強烈紫外線的照射能長期保持不褪色、不粉化，使用壽命長。我廠選用世界知名的氟碳涂料生產(chǎn)商PPG、DNT、AKZO、NIPPON等公司的優(yōu)質(zhì)氟碳涂料，顏色選擇廣泛，客戶可直接按廠家提供的色板選用或提供色板樣。

氟碳噴涂 FLUORINE-CARBON SPRAY
PVDF氟碳涂層是迄今為止己被證明的最優(yōu)異的金屬建筑罩面烤漆，能使建筑物長久抵抗紫外光的分解和嚴酷自然環(huán)境的侵蝕，具有很強的保潔、易清洗性能，可以保持建筑物幾十年顏色如新，是高檔金屬建筑物的必選。氟碳涂料使用含量70%的PVDF樹脂和30%的高級丙烯酸樹脂作為涂料樹脂，配以高級無機陶瓷顏料制備而成。

粉末噴涂POWDER SPRAY
粉末噴涂技術(shù)近年來發(fā)展異常迅速，并廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)和現(xiàn)代建筑上。粉末噴涂具有更好的抗腐蝕性，以及更好的附著力，柔韌性和硬度。能更大限度地降低涂裝成本。粉末噴涂分為：高壓靜電法(電暈充電），靜電濕漆噴涂，粉末摩擦靜電法以及接觸充電法。

輥涂ROLLSPRAY
輥涂涂裝工藝就是將卷鋼板和卷鋁板進行涂裝后，再將預(yù)涂板在使用前進行成型加工，目前大量使用的彩鋼板和鋁塑復(fù)合板都是輥涂的產(chǎn)品。噴涂涂裝主要用于無法涂裝以后再進行加工的鋁單板和鋁型材產(chǎn)品。
