點(diǎn)焊螺母的用途和優(yōu)點(diǎn) USESANDADVANTAGESOFSPOTWELDINGNUTS
在薄板上用點(diǎn)焊機(jī)焊接螺母時(shí)所用的一種特殊螺母，我們稱(chēng)之為點(diǎn)焊螺母。主要用于機(jī)車(chē)電子屏柜等產(chǎn)品所需要焊接螺母的圍板、面板等結(jié)構(gòu)件上。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是生產(chǎn)效率高、定位精度好、能耗小，特別是焊接后板的變形極小。與普通電焊機(jī)焊接螺母相比，變形量小 1 8 0 % ~ 9 0 % ，耗能量小 5 0 % ~ 6 0 % ，而且節(jié)省了焊條和焊后打碴工序。因此點(diǎn)焊螺母的推廣應(yīng)用，不但提高了生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，減輕了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，而且具有相當(dāng)?shù)慕?jīng)濟(jì)效益。
A special nut for spot welding on the sheet by welding nut,welding nut we call.Mainly used for locomotive electronic cabinet and other products required for boarding，the panel welding nut structure parts.The utility model has the advantages of high production efficiency,good positioning accuracy,low energy consumption,especially the small plate welding deformation.With anordinary electric welder welding nut compared to small deformation of 80 % to 90 % 5 0 % - 6 0 % of small energy consumption,and save the welding electrodes and after playing balast process.Therefore,the popularization and application of the spot welding nut not only improves the production eficiency and product quality,but also reduces the labor intensity,and has considerable economic benefits.
