Warning: Do not operate the product while the chassis cover is removed.
? To avoid damaging this product, please ensure that the voltage setting on the
power device is the same as the AC power supply in your location: in most
countries in North and South America, as well as some countries and regions in
the Far East, such as Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, it is approximately
115V/60Hz. In most countries in Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East, it is
approximately 230V/50Hz.
? Meanwhile, please ensure that the voltage rating of the additional peripheral
devices is also set according to the AC power source in your region. Before
proceeding with the internal installation of this product, please unplug the
power cord to avoid electric shock or damage to the motherboard.
? Do not attempt to repair this product yourself unless you are a trained service
technician. Always strictly follow the installation instructions.
? To avoid electric shock, please connect the power cables of this product and
peripheral devices to a properly grounded power outlet. These cables are
equipped with three-prong plugs to ensure proper grounding. Do not use
adapter plugs, and do not remove the grounding prong of the cable. If an
extension cable must be used, please use a three-wire cable with a properly
grounded plug.
? Before cleaning this product, please disconnect it from the power outlet. Use a

Protocol and function annotation: [① \"EC round-robin protocol\" is applicable to
TCP/IP gateway and network direct connection related systems, ② \"Modbus protocol\"
is applicable to central control and cloud IoT related systems, and ③ \"EC non-roundrobin protocol\" is applicable to third-party related development. For details on protocol
usage and dialing mode selection (① or ② or ③), please refer to the \"System Software
Detection Methods and Operating Steps\" section in this manual.].
B. Product ordering instructions:
When placing an order, please inform our purchasing or technical department and

1 Product Introduction
The LED-dedicated AI power distribution and detection manager is the \"best partner\"
for all types of audio and video projects. It has a programmable power manager system,
which can be used for live data feedback monitoring and communication and intelligence
system. It adopts electrical standards and professional electrical structure design, and has
better short circuit protection, leakage protection and overcurrent protection than
traditional circuit breakeres. Real-time query of data such as current, voltage, temperature,
on/off status, circuit breaker, and electricity consumption for each channel is available.
The detection chart version product also features bar and line graph functions for current,
voltage, temperature, power, and other data. The alarm version product has alarm
functions for overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, and undervoltage. The control
gateway port is RJ45 and 4G, and the optional API control cascade port can be defined as
RS485. A unique development interface is open for customers to conduct secondary
development, perfectly integrating into various systems and platforms.
The product has a wide range of application areas, such as audio and video, stage
lighting, public broadcasting, conferencing, and more. It can be installed in
multifunctional power rooms and cabinets, including building computer rooms, campus
computer rooms, power statistics computer rooms, and government agency computer
rooms.
1.1 LED-specific AI Power Distribution Monitoring Manager RS Series (Brief
Introduction)
Models: RS15NMG, RS14NG, RS12NBG
Brief introduction: Equipped with a programmable power management
system, it can perform real-time data feedback monitoring and control.
Adopting electrical standards, it features a professional electrical structure
design. The single output is 16 and 30A, with a total output current of 125A.
RS15NMG comes with 11 independent control multi-function sockets, 2
combined multi-function sockets, and 2 uninterrupted multi-function sockets
(10A socket * 12, 16A socket * 3). RS14NG comes with 10 independent
control multi-function sockets, 2 combined multi-function sockets, and 2
uninterrupted multi-function sockets (10A socket * 11, 16A socket * 3).
RS12NBG comes with 9 independent control multi-function sockets, 1
combined multi-function socket, and 2 uninterrupted multi-function sockets
(10A socket * 9, 16A socket * 3). It includes 1 USB 1.5A interface, 1 TYPE-C
1.5A interface, 1 PRE SYS, 2 IO, 1 RS485 interface, 1 manual electronic lock,
1 one-button timing master switch program function key, electronic display
screen, etc. Compared to traditional air switches, it provides better short circuit
protection, leakage protection, and overcurrent protection. It comes with a Web
interface for real-time querying of current, voltage, temperature, on/off status,
circuit breaker, electricity consumption, and other data for each circuit. The
Web function control gateway port is RJ45. It opens up a unique development
interface for customers to conduct secondary development, perfectly integrating

1.2 LED-specific AI distribution detection PZ box RH series (concise and
integrated introduction)
Models: RH11NG, RH19NG
Brief introduction: Equipped with a programmable power management system,
it enables real-time data feedback monitoring and control. Adopting electrical
standards, it features a professional electrical structure design and a standard PZ30
distribution box. The single output is 16/30A, with a total output current of 125A
and 11/19 air switches. Compared to traditional air switches, it offers superior shortcircuit protection, leakage protection, and over-current protection. Equipped with a
Web interface, it allows real-time querying of current, voltage, temperature, on/off
status, circuit breakers, electricity consumption, and other data for each circuit. The
Web function control gateway port is RJ45, and an optional API control cascade
port is RS485. It provides a unique development interface for customers to conduct
secondary development, seamlessly integrating into various systems and platforms.
1.3 LED-specific AI distribution detection terminal cabinet RHP series (brief and
integrated introduction)
Models: RHP27-160AG, RP21H-200AG
Brief introduction: Equipped with a programmable power management system,
it can perform real-time data feedback monitoring and control. Adopting electrical
standards, it features a professional electrical structure design. The single output is
16 and 30A, with a total output current of 160A and a total power of 67kW. The
RHP27-160AG comes with 27 independent control air switches, offering better
short-circuit protection, leakage protection, and over-current protection than
traditional air switches. It also includes a Web interface for real-time querying of
current, voltage, temperature, on/off status, circuit breaker, electricity consumption,
and other data for each circuit. The Web function control gateway port is RJ45, and
an optional API control cascade port is RS485. The front panel is equipped with a
current and voltage meter, which can visually display real-time current and voltage.
It has a unique development interface that allows customers to conduct secondary
development, perfectly integrating into various systems and platforms.

detection meter
You can switch between the voltage display interface and the current display
interface by pressing a button.
5.2.1 Voltage display interface:
Display the three-phase voltages Ua, Ub, and Uc separately, with the displayed
content being the primary measured voltage, which is the input voltage value
multiplied by the set PT transformation ratio value.
5.2.2 Current display interface:
Display the three-phase currents IA, IB, and IC separately. The displayed
current is the primary value, which is calculated by multiplying the input current
value by the set CT ratio value.

to TCP/IP gateway and network direct connection related systems, ②

systems, and ③ \"EC non-round-robin protocol\" is applicable to thirdparty related development. For details on protocol usage and dialing mode
selection (① or ② or ③), please refer to the \"System Software Detection

5.3.3.2 Based on EC polling WIFI basic version software operation
application detection:
A. Application detection for WIFI connection operation (with built-in embedded
operating software):
Step 1: Under a local area network, connect your mobile phone or laptop to
an IoT gateway with WIFI functionality. Generally, the hotspot name
of a gateway with WIFI functionality is WidorA-xxxx (x represents
numbers or uppercase letters, which can be changed; the WLAN name
in the image below has been modified). There is no password (it is
recommended not to change the general backend server settings; if
necessary, please consult our sales representative or distributor for
relevant product technical information). For detailed instructions,
please refer to the schematic diagram below
Step 2: Enter the IP address of the IoT gateway with WIFI function into the
mobile browser; the default factory gateway IP is 192.168.198.1/ws.
If the customer has changed it, please log in with the changed IP to
open the control page. You can view the voltage, power, temperature,
current, short-circuit count, and current electricity consumption of all
modules, and you can modify the device name and manually control
the switch.
5.3.4 Based on the EC polling protocol, the basic version and professional
development version are set up and the application operation is tested
A. General computer settings:
Step 1: Ensure that the RJ45 terminal of the network cable (Cat.5e or
above) is connected to the gateway device, and the gateway
and computer are within the same 192.168.198.1 network
segment; for example, the computer can be set to an IP address
within the range of 192.168.198.2~255.
Step 2: Browser: Chrome or other browsers based on the Google Chrome
engine, such as the 360 Security Browser Speed Edition.
B. General backend server settings

Step 1: Set the IP address of the open WIFI; enter 192.168.198.1/cgibin/luci/setting in the browser (if the IP has been changed, use
the changed IP to log in; if you forget the changed IP, restore
the gateway to its factory default IP), enter the login interface,
and then enter the username: root, password: 12345678 to
access the backend server;
The following is an interpretation of the content on the login backend server
interface:
? Selection of wired application modes for network ports
a. By default, select LAN. If using a wired connection, you need to set
the network segment of the IP address to be the same as that of the router
(recommended);
b. If you choose to use a wired connection via the WAN port, you need to
set the network segment of the IP address within the local area network to
a different segment from that of the router (not recommended. If
necessary, please complete the operation under the guidance of a
professional).
? Local Area Network (taking LAN
setup as an example)
The IP address is the IP address of the gateway. For example, if the
setting is 192.168.1.2, the gateway is set to 192.168.1.1, and the subnet
mask is set to: 255.255.255.0 (the address and gateway need to be within
the same network segment, with an IP range of 2~255).
? Wireless distribution network (APSTA)
a. Click on the column below the wireless name to find the nearby
wireless Wi-Fi names. Click on the wireless password column to enter
the wireless Wi-Fi password (the default password is disabled and needs
to be re-entered during connection)
b. After completing the settings, click \"Confirm\" below and wait for the
gateway to restart. If the indicator light turns green, it indicates that the
device is connected to the internet. Otherwise, if it remains red or orange,
it means the device is not connected.
? Wireless settings
a. The wireless name refers to the Wi-Fi name of the gateway device (the
factory default name is WidorA-xxxx), which can be renamed according
to your own needs.
b. Encryption method: If \"None\" is selected, the wireless connection will
not require a password. If \"Encryption\" is selected, a password will be
required. By default, no password is required.
c. For the IP mode within the WWAN, it is recommended to set it to
automatically obtain.
? Change password
The password to modify is the one used to log in to the backend server
interface. The default password is 12345678.
Note: If you have modified the IP address and password, be sure to
remember them, as they cannot be retrieved. For other series settings,
please use the default config and do not modify them arbitrarily. Our
company will not be responsible for any issues caused by improper
modifications!
C. Software Basic Embedded Edition Settings (several steps common to C.1
and C.2 only need to be set once):
Step 1: Please proceed with the general computer terminal settings
first; refer to \"Software Basic Embedded Version and Software
Professional Development Version Setup Operation
Application\" —— \"A General Computer Terminal Settings\" for
details;
Step 2: Access the server backend page and design it according to
actual usage. For detailed settings, please refer to \"Software

IoT gateway IP address is 192.168.248.233 (the factory default Google

D. Software operation application

Step 1: Click the \"green search button\" to search for the air switch
device on the same network segment. Select the device that has been set
up with the IP address in the tutorial of B. General Backend Server
Settings in Section 3.2.5. Click the \"blue connection button\" to connect
to the device. If the connection is successful, the message \"Connection
Successful\" will be displayed.
Note: TCP, UDP, and serial port communication modes are
available, with TCP being the generally chosen mode. You can click the
\"yellow restart button\" to restart the software.

② Network settings page
On this page, you can set the address (IP), gateway (GW), subnet
mask (MASK), and bit rate (BAUD) of the connected device. To submit
the settings, simply click the \"Submit Button\".
After clicking the \"Green Search Button\", the received gateway
information will be displayed. Clicking the \"Clear Button\" can clear the
information in the receiving area.

action alarm, over-voltage alarm, over-voltage action alarm, and undervoltage alarm (if no data is available, click the \"Refresh button\" in the
top right corner).
Click the \"Query Button\" below the alarm sending frequency and
status update frequency to query the corresponding data of each device.
Click the \"Checkmark\" under the over-temperature protection, overcurrent protection, over-voltage protection, and under-voltage protection
to turn on or off the corresponding pre-alarms and alarms (green
indicates on, gray indicates off).
Click the \"Modify button\" located at the far right of each device

alarm switches, alarm sending frequency (whether to send or not), and
status update frequency values. The \"refresh button\" at the far right of
the device column allows for refreshing and displaying the data of a
single device.

On this page, you can view the device ID of each device, as well as
the real-time detected voltage, power, neutral wire temperature, live wire
temperature, current, and cumulative current (electricity consumption). If
no data appears, click the \"Refresh Button\" in the lower right corner to
refresh the display.
You can click the \"ON\" or \"OFF\" buttons on each device bar to
independently control the air switches of the devices. \"Green ON\"
indicates the device is on, while \"Red OFF\" indicates it is off. The
\"Sequential Full On Button\" and \"Sequential Full Off Button\" at the
bottom allow for one-click full-on and one-click full-off control of the
device air switches. Please note that during the sequential switching
process, try not to perform other operations.

5.3.5 Cloud operation and maintenance management platform
The LED-specific AI power distribution detection series products can be controlled
by a secure operation and maintenance management mechanism from the cloud, enabling a
powerful visualized device management and operation platform on both PC and mobile
terminals. They allow for cloud-based control and management, receive protection and
alarm notifications, perform advanced health predictions on devices, and offer diverse
personalized operations.

(the software is for independent purchase and use).
6 Common trouble-shooting
6.1 After installation, when accessing the web interface, there may be an issue of \"no
device\" or \"missing device\". Here are the solutions:
①. The module does not need to be manually added. Please confirm whether
the gateway and the module are powered on together. If not, please power
them on together again, and refresh the current interface after power-on
②. Check whether the needle jumpers are properly installed. If they are loose,
please tighten them.
③. If the issue cannot be resolved, it may be due to a problem with the dial
on the side of the air switch. Please take a photo of the problematic dial
of the air switch and contact our professional staff
6.2 The device cannot find the WiFi or cannot connect. Solution:
Check the color of the network management signal light. If it's yellow, it
indicates normal operation; if it's red, it indicates abnormal operation.
②. Check whether the network of the device is normal and whether the network
cable is plugged in securely
6.3 The switch of the leakage protection device cannot be pulled up. Solution:
①. Check whether the external device is short-circuited.
②. Please have a professional electrician or contact Soundking professionals to
check if there is a short circuit inside the device.
③. For passageways equipped with emergency devices, open the emergency
passageway and use the device normally.
6.4 What if the bridge is soft? Solution:
Avoid tying the wires to the cable tray during wire management. The cable tray
serves only as an auxiliary tool. Simply adjust the excess length of the wires.
6.5 The guide rail is too tight. Solution:
If the standard guide rail is too tight, please adjust the module and guide rail
until the module is securely fastened.
6.6 How to deal with dirt? Solution:
①. Clean the surface with a cleaning agent, and use air to blow away dust
inside.
