PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
CPVC resin is produced by chlorinated modification of polyvinyl
chloride (PVC) resin. After chlorination of PVC resin, the irregularity and polarity of molecular bonds increase to improve the
resin's solubility and chemical stability. This enhances the
material's heat resistance and resistance to corrosion from
acids, alkalis, salts and oxidants. It is a new type of engineering
plastic with broad application prospects. It features high tensile
strength, bending strength, bending modulus, and resistance to
high pressure and high temperatures.
Colors: Beige, or other colors are available upon request.
Form Supplied: Available as straight pipes. The standard length
of pipes is 3 meters, and other lengths can be customized.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Wide operating temperature range and high temperature
resistance with a Vicat softening point of up to 110℃;
Lightweight, high strength and ease of installation: Pipes are
lightweight with high strength; easy to install using adhesive
bonding without the need for special tools;
Excellent mechanical properties: High pressure resistance,
minimal deformation during use to maintain the levelness and
perpendicularity of pipes during installation and use;
Low coefficient of thermal expansion: Compared with other
plastic pipes, CPVC pipes have a lower coefficient of thermal
expansion.
Good hygienic performance: The smooth inner walls of the pipe
make it difficult for bacteria and microorganisms to breed,
ensuring cleanand safe water;
Competitively priced with low installation and maintenance costs.
