Product Introduction
The continuous fiberglass strip reinforced PE composite pipe is a new type of structural wall pipe composed of three layers: polyethylene-based resinas the innerand outer layers,and fiberglass composite strip pre-impregnated with polyethylene resinas the reinforcing layer through continuousspiral windingand fusion.
Compared with PE solid-wall pipes,it significantly improves pressure resistance and expands application fields.Italso enhances temperature resistance,impermeability,chemical corrosion resistance,andscratch resistance.

1) Polyethylene resin of PE1o0 grade orabove must be used.
2) Clean virginmaterialsmust be used entirely for pipe manufacturing,and recycledmaterialsorreclaimed materials ofany formand fromanysourceareprohibited.
●Performance Requirements for Polyethylene Fiberglass Strip The fiberglass filaments shal meet the requirements of GB/T18369. The polyethylene fiberglass strip shall meet the requirements in the following table.
