1:立板安裝方法
首先核實現(xiàn)場材料是否與圖紙相符；在核實過程中一定要保證材料完整無損，核實現(xiàn)場實際尺寸是否與圖紙尺寸相符，在以上情況完全無誤之后正式進入安裝程序。
（1）：把所有立板和地板的連接角全部與立板固定好，把立板”U槽按圖紙結合現(xiàn)場實際尺寸（加上安裝放量）與墻體固定好，切記安裝時最好從一頭按圖紙排著按裝這樣能夠保證安裝質量和安裝效率。
(2）：安裝完"U"型槽后，把按完地板連接角碼的邊立板，插入"U”型槽，待所有立板、隔板、門板按裝調整完畢后，再把隔板與"U"型槽固定，地板連接角碼與地面固定。
隔板安裝方法
隔板、立板和墻體連接全部靠"U”槽連接。
(1)要分清那些是隔板"U"型槽，哪些是邊立板“U"型槽。隔板"U"型槽長度和隔板一樣長，邊立板"U"型槽和邊立板長度一樣，并且邊立板只有一根與墻體固定。每個隔板都有兩根"U"型槽，一根固定在墻體上，一根固定在前立板上。
（2）按圖紙以及結合現(xiàn)場實際尺寸（加上安裝放量）把”U”槽于墻體和立板固定好。然后把近身板一個立邊插入靠墻"U"槽中固定好，再把近身板另個立邊插入帶有"U型槽的立板里。暫時不用固定，待最后全部安裝完畢后統(tǒng)一固定。
合頁安裝位置關系門的開啟自由度，以及整個隔斷安裝效果的好壞。不同合頁安裝尺寸也不同，所以在裝合頁時一定按著技術標準和合頁安裝圖紙進行安裝。不管哪種合頁門縫的尺寸都要最小尺寸（在保證開關正常情況下）。
安裝完所有立板、隔板、門板后，然后調整立板、門縫，以及立板和門板平整度、垂直度等。調整好后，把所有立板和隔板固定好，再把立板和地面固定好，然后固定立板上的拉桿，并且把拉桿與墻面交界處用脹塞自攻釘固定好。鎖具按著鎖具圖紙和現(xiàn)場實際情況安裝，保證安裝后的鎖具開關自如。最后安裝不銹鋼腳套，

3材料構成及飾面
3.1門板、中隔板及立柱
(1)門和面板的構造：無縫、金屬雙面鍍鋅飾面板，層壓到芯材上；帶有凹型鎖扣型搭接和成型封邊；四角通過焊接或夾子固定，外露焊縫打磨光滑。外露表面應無麻點、縫頭壓痕、滾痕、染色、變色、芯材露出、或其它瑕疵。面板層厚度不小于0.8mm.采用兩片平整面板，經鈑金工藝初步成型，內襯蜂巢芯，采用專用漢高環(huán)保粘結劑膠合，以福瑞鍶特內凹型鎖扣連接及收口，經焊接打磨等工藝完成成型板。
面板：采用鋅鋁鎂鋼板，鍍鋁鎂鋅鋼板是新型高耐腐蝕性鍍膜鋼板，其鍍鋅層成分主要以鋅為主，由鋅外加11%的鋁，3%的鎂及微量的硅組成，目前鋼板可生產的厚度范圍為0.27mm---9.00mm，可生產寬度范圍為：580mm---1524mm。
由于這些添加元素的復合效果，進一步提高了其腐蝕抑制效果。此外，具有在嚴峻條件下優(yōu)秀的加工性能（拉伸沖壓折彎油漆焊接等），鍍層硬度高，具有卓越的耐損傷性。與普通的鍍鋅及鍍鋁鋅產品相比，鍍敷附著量少卻能實現(xiàn)更出色的耐腐蝕性，由于具有這種超強耐腐蝕性，在某些領域可代替不銹鋼或鋁付諸使用。切割端面部分的耐腐蝕自我愈合功效更是產品的一大特點。
產品主要使用在土木建筑(龍骨天花，多孔板，電纜橋架)，農業(yè)畜產（農業(yè)飼養(yǎng)大棚鋼鐵結構，鋼構配件，溫室大棚，飼養(yǎng)設備），鐵路道路，電力通信（輸配電高低壓開關柜、箱式變電站外體），汽車電機，工業(yè)制冷（冷卻塔，大型戶外工業(yè)用空調）等行業(yè)，使用領域非常廣泛。
目前世界范圍內質量最好的鍍鋁鎂鋅板當屬日本新日鐵鋼廠于二十世紀初研制成功的SuperDyma，簡稱SD板，其全稱應該是鍍鋁鎂鋅（硅）板。硅是一種促進元素，按照合適的比例添加后，會使鍍鋁鋅鎂板具有端面自愈功能，比方說由于定尺的需要，長度方向上我們需要對SD板進行剪切，裁剪后的鋼板端頭沒有保護膜后，按照常理會逐漸與大氣中的氧、水分發(fā)生電解反應從而生銹，但是由于鎂離子的流動性，會在未被保護膜覆蓋的端口部位流動形成新的保護膜，這個意味著即使用硬質刀具劃傷或者破壞掉鋼板表面的保護膜，你也不需要擔心，短時間內切口自愈會解決這個問題。
(2)芯材：廠家標準降噪高強環(huán)保蜂窩芯系統(tǒng)，厚度根據需要而定。

3.7門的尺寸和打開方向：除非另有說明，否則應為標準衛(wèi)生間隔間提供600毫米寬外開門。
3.8五金件及裝配：
（1）五金件和附件：廠家的標準設計，重型操作五金件和附件。
（2）合頁：廠家的標準成對、自動閉合型合頁，可以進行調整，以便把門的開度保持在90度以下的任意角度，實際測試負重60kg。
（3）門門和保持器：廠家的標準面裝門門裝置，用于緊急出入，并與橡膠覆面門鎖和保持器結合使用。所提供的單元應符合指定為可進出的隔間的可達性要求。
（4）衣帽鉤：掛鉤能承受的重量不低于10Kg。
（6）錨固件和緊固件：廠家的標準外露緊固件，由不銹鋼或鍍鉻鋼或黃銅制成，其表面處理與所固定的裝置相配，為通栓應用提供十字頭螺栓。對于隱藏的錨固件，應采用不銹鋼、熱浸鍍鋅鋼、或其它防銹鋼板或帶有保護涂層的鋼板。
（7）中隔板采用U型槽分別與墻身及立柱連接，表面耐磨鍍鉻或采用不銹鋼件；
（8）立柱采用U型槽與墻身連接，表面耐磨鍍鉻；門鉸鏈采用鋅合金鑄造，表面耐磨鍍鉻（選購件不銹鋼鉸鏈以鑄造工藝成型，表面采用拉絲處理）或采用不銹鋼件；
（9）鎖口采用鋅合金鑄造，表面耐磨鍍鉻（選購件表面采用拉絲處理）或采用不銹鋼件；
（10）鉸鏈采用外包式內置歸位彈簧并可調整至任意角度自動閉合，鉸鏈轉動軸應采用配有金屬內核及高強度尼龍外套的軸芯，以使門在開閉過程中順滑無聲，并可連續(xù)使用十年或一百萬次以上；
（11）門與立柱間配鋁制門縫遮蔽條，其中鎖口位門縫遮蔽條應配有止動緩沖膠條，該膠條應采用兩種材質組合而成，其緩沖面為橡膠條，與門縫遮蔽條連接處應采用硬質聚合物。門縫遮蔽條應與主體板材同色并采用相同工藝噴涂而成（選購件U型槽采用相同處理方式）。
（12）立柱采用304不銹鋼腳套收口。
（13）環(huán)保要求：金屬衛(wèi)生間隔斷所用材料可回收率應達90%以上，甲醛釋放量小于等于0.1mg/L，、可直接用于室內。
（14）五金件的調整：按照五金件廠家的書面說明調整和潤滑五金件，使其能正確工作。在內開門上布置合頁，使門在未上鎖時能夠從閉合位置打開約30度。
（15）防火等級：防火性能檢測結果符合GB8624-2012中A1的技術指標要求（詳見檢測報告）
4安裝
4.1：詳見福瑞鍶特書面安裝規(guī)程。安裝單元時應堅固、順直、橫平豎直。使用廠家推薦的錨固裝置把單元固定就位。
4.2間隙：壁柱和面板之間最大13毫米；面板和墻之間最大
25毫米。
First, verify that on-site materials match the drawings. During verification, ensure that all materials are intact and undamaged, and verify that the actual site dimensions match the drawings. Once all checks are complete, proceed with the installation.
(1) Fix allupright panels and floor connection brackets, and install upright panels in the \*U" slots according to the drawings combined with actual site dimensions (including installation allowance). It is recommended to start installation from one end to ensure both quality and efficiency. (2) After installing the * _ { \mathsf { U } ^ { * } } slot, insert the side upright panels with floor connection brackets into the \*U" slot. After all upright panels, partitions, and door panels are installed and adjusted, secure the partitions to the \*U" slot, and fix the floor connection brackets to the ground.
All connections between partitions, upright panels, and walls are done through the \*U\* slot.
(1) Identify the diferent types of "U\* slots: Partition \*U" slots are as long as the partition itself, while side upright “U\*slots are the same length as the upright panel, with only one fixed to the wall Each partition has two \*U\* slots-one fixed to the walland one to the front upright panel.
(2) Fix the “U\* slot to the walland upright panel according to the drawing and the actual site dimensions (including instalation allowanoe). Insert one edge of the close-fit panel into the wall-mounted \*U" slot and secure it, then insert the other edge into the upright panel with t he"U" slot. Do not fix it until the final overallinstallation is complete.
The hinge installation position impacts the door's opening freedom and the quality of the entire partition installation. Different hinges have different installation dimensions, so be sure to follow technical standards and hinge installation drawings. Regardless of hinge type, the door gap must be minimized (while ensuring normal function).
After all upright panels, partitions, and door panels are installed, adjust the upright panels, door gaps, as well as the alignment and verticality of the upright and door panels. Once adjustments are complete, secure all upright and partition panels, then fix the upright panels to the ground. Finally, secure the rod on the upright panels and use expansion anchors to fix the rod at the walljunction, ensuring the lock works smoothly after installation. Lastly, install the stainless steel foot cover.

3.1 Door Panels, Intermediate Panels, and Upright Columns (1) Door and Panel Construction:Seamless, double-sided galvanized metal panels laminated to a core; integrated recessed lock joint and formed edge trim. Panel: Made of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel. The zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel sheet is a newtype of highlycorrosion-resistant coated steel,withazinccoating composition primarily consisting of zinc with 11%aluminum,3% magnesium,and trace amounts of silicon. Currntly, the steel can be produced in thicknesses ranging from 0.27mm to 9.00mm and widths from 580mm to 1524mm.

4. Installation
