公司創(chuàng)始于2003年9月，為臺灣與湖北京山輕工機(jī)械股份有限公司攜手合作、共同興辦。我們專業(yè)生產(chǎn)各類工業(yè)用橡膠輥，涵蓋塑料、造紙、印刷、印染、合板、織維、皮革、鋼鐵涂層等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。在耐堿、耐溶劑、耐油、耐高溫、耐磨等特殊性能的膠輥，京玖皆能精準(zhǔn)制造，滿足客戶多樣化需求。為確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，京玖長期聘請擁有20年豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)的臺灣技師駐廠，全面負(fù)責(zé)制程質(zhì)量管理、品檢及技術(shù)研發(fā)工作,將嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)墓そ尘袢谌朊恳粋€(gè)生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)。
2000年1月：通過ISO-9002質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證，質(zhì)量管理體系不斷完善。
2001年10月：液體RTV無縫硅膠輥成功投產(chǎn)，產(chǎn)品線進(jìn)一步豐富。
2004年7月：聚氨脂膠輥正式投產(chǎn)，技術(shù)實(shí)力持續(xù)增強(qiáng)。

Founded in September 2Oo3, the company is a joint venture between Taiwanese partners and Hubei Jingshan Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd.We specialize in producing a wide range of industrial rubber rollers, catering to diverse sectors including plastics, papermaking， printing，dyeing and finishing， plywood,textiles, leather,and steel coating. Jingjiu excels at the precision manufacturing of rubber rollers with special properties such as alkali resistance,solvent resistance,oil resistance,high temperature resistance,and wear resistance,effectively meeting the diversified needs of customers.To ensure stringent product quality，we have long retained Taiwanese technicians with 2O years of rich experience to work onsite,who take full responsibility for process quality management， product inspection,and technological R&D,integrating rigorous craftsmanship into every production stage.
January 2000: Obtained the ISO 9002 quality management system certification, with continuous improvements made to the quality management system.
October 2Oo1: Successfully put the liquid RTV seamless silicone rollers into production,further enriching the product range.
July 2Oo4: Officially launched the production of polyurethane rollers,marking a steady enhancement in technological strength.

1、天然橡膠 (NR)
鋼鐵生產(chǎn)線涂層輥
特點(diǎn)
海巴龍涂層輥具有耐磨性好.彈性好.耐腐蝕.開槽穩(wěn)定性與保持性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
適用于取向硅鋼，無取向硅鋼板材生產(chǎn)線，彩涂生產(chǎn)線與紙張淋膜生產(chǎn)線。
冷軋，硅鋼，不銹鋼,彩涂等生產(chǎn)線擠干輥
特點(diǎn)
具有耐酸堿，耐熱耐磨性能佳，適當(dāng)磨中高可提高擠水效果。
多用于冷軋，熱軋，硅鋼線前段清洗以及彩涂板材生產(chǎn)線。
流延壓延薄膜用 液體硅膠輥
特點(diǎn)
采用高質(zhì)量進(jìn)口液體硅膠，在恒溫.恒濕.無塵的嚴(yán)格工藝條件下成型。
具有表面無接縫，耐高溫，散熱性，剝離性等優(yōu)秀性能。
能根據(jù)客戶需求加入金剛砂來增加消光效果和散熱性。
廣泛用于高檔壓延生產(chǎn)線，流延生產(chǎn)線，淋膜生產(chǎn)線等。
驅(qū)動 開槽輥
特點(diǎn)
驅(qū)動類開槽輥具有高耐磨性，耐壓性。
我們擁有先進(jìn)的數(shù)控開槽技術(shù)，可根據(jù)客戶要求定制各種槽型。
涂布輥
特點(diǎn)
優(yōu)秀的涂布均勻性，精準(zhǔn)的涂布量控制，出色的耐化學(xué)品性。
高耐磨性與良好的抗壓變形性，優(yōu)異的表面適應(yīng)性，可實(shí)現(xiàn)多種涂布方式。
用于電化鋁涂布、熱熔膠涂布、防水材料涂布、鋰電池正負(fù)級漿料涂布、標(biāo)簽紙涂布等。
印刷輥
特點(diǎn)
有良好的親水性及抗油性，出色的傳墨和著墨性能耐磨性強(qiáng)，能較好的耐受印刷過程中接觸的各種溶劑腐蝕。用于紙箱水性印刷、膠印油性印刷、凹版印刷、柔版印刷、數(shù)碼打印印刷等。
電機(jī)可調(diào)弧度 弧形輥
特點(diǎn)
電機(jī)可調(diào)弧弧形輥具有展平防皺，可自由調(diào)節(jié)生產(chǎn)不同產(chǎn)品時(shí)需要的不同弧度。
產(chǎn)品具有耐磨性高，速度快，跳動小穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)等特性。
輥面幅寬可做到13米，速度可以做到3000-2000米/min。
液壓可調(diào)弧度 弧形輥
特點(diǎn)
液壓可調(diào)弧弧形輥具有展平防皺，可自由調(diào)節(jié)生產(chǎn)不同產(chǎn)品時(shí)需要的不同弧度。產(chǎn)品具有耐磨性高，速度快，跳動小穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)等特性。速度可以做到3000米/min
電機(jī)&液壓可調(diào)弧度弧形輥
特點(diǎn)
金屬弧形輥可根據(jù)不同的使用設(shè)備來選用鋼套電鍍，鋁套電鍍，鋁套氧化，鋁套特氟龍.等離子等表面處理。具有速度快，穩(wěn)定性好，耐磨性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)勢。輥面可做到8米速度可到3000米/min。
