Deqing Haoxuan Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise focused on the development of surface

Technical Features
Unlimited Substrate Materials
Thermal spray technology is suitable for a variety of substrate materials, including metals and nonmetals, and can be applied to almost any substrate.
Diversity of Coating Materials
The range of sprayable coating materials is extensive. Thermal spray technology can be applied to
nearly all solid engineering materials, such as hard alloys, ceramic metals, and graphite.
Low-Temperature Process
The thermal spray process maintains the substrate at a low operating temperature, generally controlled
between 30-200°C, resulting in minimal stress and ensuring that the substrate does not deform or lose
strength.
High Efficiency and Convenience
This process is highly efficient with a simple operating procedure and fast speed. For coatings of the
same thickness, the time required is significantly less than that of electroplating.
Flexible Workpiece Sizes
There are no significant limitations on the sizes of sprayed workpieces. Large equipment can be coated
over large areas, and precise spraying can be conducted on specific areas, making it suitable for both
parts and finished structures.
Adjustable Thickness
Coating thickness can be flexibly adjusted between 0.03 millimeters and several millimeters.

Mainly applied to the drive rollers of coating machines, printing machines, dyeing machines, tape
production machinery, and diaper production machinery, some of these drive rollers come into contact with
glued surfaces, printing surfaces, or dyeing surfaces. Undried printing and dyeing surfaces can easily
contaminate the rollers, affecting the quality of patterns on the product's surface.
Traditional \"Teflon\" coatings perform poorly in terms of peel strength with hot melt adhesives; their
non-stick properties are not significant enough, and their wear resistance is insufficient, leading to a rapid
failure of the non-stick effect. This not only reduces production efficiency but also shortens maintenance
cycles, increasing production costs.
Our independently developed \"Thermal Spray Anti-Stick and Wear-Resistant Coating\" utilizes plasma
thermal spraying technology, combining nickel-based alloys and high polymer anti-stick materials. By
employing the bionic \"lotus leaf effect,\" this coating achieves extremely low adhesive peel strength and
excellent wear resistance. Compared to Teflon coatings, the overall performance has improved by several
times and has reached a leading level in the industry nationwide.

This technology primarily utilizes plasma spray ceramics, mainly including aluminum oxide-titanium and
chromium oxide series oxides. These materials possess high hardness, excellent corrosion resistance, and
certain toughness. Under conditions of insufficient lubrication and heat dissipation, they demonstrate
outstanding wear resistance and friction reduction performance. The coating structure is dense, and the
surface can be polished to achieve a controllable \"orange peel\" roughness, providing an appropriate
coefficient of friction. This enables the spinning fibers to acquire moderate twisting force and tension.
Additionally, the coating exhibits semiconductor properties, effectively eliminating static electricity generated
by fiber friction.

Coating material:
1.AT3 (Al2O3/TiO2 97/3):Grey coating, good corrosion resistance.
2.The coating is compact, high hardness and good toughness.

涂層材料:
1.AT13(AI2O3/TiO2 87/13):硬度?,綜合耐磨性好。
2.Cr2O3:硬度?,摩擦系數(shù)低,耐腐蝕能?優(yōu)秀,抗磨粒磨損。
3.Co-WC:?溫紅硬性好,耐磨粒磨損,抗沖蝕。
4.Ni-WC:硬度?,抗?溫氧化。
The coatings are divided into plasma-sprayed ceramic hard face seal coatings and supersonic flamesprayed carbide metal ceramic hard face coatings.
The ceramic materials used in plasma-sprayed ceramic hard face seal coatings mainly consist of
aluminum oxide-titanium and chromium oxide series oxides. These materials exhibit outstanding properties
such as high hardness, corrosion resistance, good thermal stability, and low friction coefficients, resulting in
coatings with excellent wear and friction reduction performance. The coating structure is dense, and the
surface can be polished to a mirror finish (Ra 0.03-0.10 μm). For example, a ceramic coating of 0.3-0.5 mm
thickness sprayed onto high-pressure pump plungers extends their service life by six times compared to
traditional hard chrome-plated plungers, making it the most widely used ceramic coating today.
On the other hand, the supersonic flame-sprayed metal ceramic hard face coatings are composed of a
combination of metals such as nickel-chromium and cobalt with hard ceramic materials like tungsten carbide
and chromium carbide. These coatings possess high hardness, good toughness, and impact resistance, with a
bond strength reaching 50-80 Mpa.

Coating material:
1.Y2O3: Plasma corrosion resistance, used in semiconductor etching, high temperature resistance1500-2000 degrees.
2.YSZ(ZrO2-Y2O3): Low heat conductivity, high temperature gas erosion resistance.
3.Al2O3: High temperature corrosion resistance, good heat stability. High reflectance to light andhigh temperature
radiation.
4.Al2O3-SiO2(Mullite): High temperature corrosion resistance, good acid resistance, slag erosionresistance and
resistance to high temperature flue gas particles erosion.
5.MgO-Al2O3(Aluminum Magnesia Spinel):The aluminum magnesium spinel coating is brown incolor and has
excellent high-temperature resistance, high-temperature oxidation resistance, heatshock resistance, good thermal
stability, and resistance to corrosion from various molten metals(Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Al, etc.) and molten glass. lt is also
resistant to alkaline slag corrosion.
6.YCZ (ZrO2-Y2O3-CeO2):Good high temperature oxidation resistance, good thermal shockresistance, with function of
organism catalytic combustion.

INSULATING COATING
Application:
1.Insulated housings for bearings, insulated bearing supports for motor rotors, etc.
2.In the electronics industry, Al2O3 ceramic coatings are used as substrates for integrated circuits and highperformance packaging materials. In the United States, 25*25 dielectric ceramic composite circuit boards can be
sprayed, achieving mass production.
Coating material:
1. Al2O3: White coating, with the highest insulation strength.
2. AT3 (Al2O3/TiO2 97/3): Gray coating, with a dense structure.
Insulating coatings for thermal spraying primarily use aluminum oxide series ceramic materials. These materials
have a high resistivity, with a dielectric constant reaching up to 12, and an insulation strength of up to 1069 V/0.1
mm. At thicknesses of less than 1 mm, they can withstand over 2500 V at temperatures of 1300°C, meeting the
electrical insulation requirements at high temperatures. Additionally, these materials exhibit excellent properties such
as high hardness, good wear resistance, high-temperature stability, and corrosion resistance.

Tungsten carbide coatings are mainly composed of carbide metal ceramics, with materials primarily
including WC-Co, WC-10Co-4Cr, WC-NiCr, and Cr3C2-NiCr. Tungsten carbide coatings feature a dense
structure, low porosity, high bonding strength, high hardness, good toughness, and excellent hightemperature resistance.
