Liquid Cooling Coupling
Luxecasting dry quick connect coupling are a range of quick-change couplings
commonly used in thermal management, providing quick disconnection and coupling
for liquid cooling of electronic equipment in high power operation.
The advanced internal design and durability of the dry quick connect couplings
guarantee absolute tightness when connecting and disconnecting the couplings and
provide optimum flow of the conveyed medium. They are used in a wide range of
industrial applications such as renewable energy, computer cooling, transport and
medical equipment.

Applications
Main advantages
1. Long-term reliability by maintaining a leak-free seal when connected and
disconnected;
2. Ease of operation of the connection, significantly reducing installation time and
making it easy for the end user to maintain;
3. When the plug is inserted into the socket, the seal is activated before the circuit
valve is opened, thus eliminating the need to vent the circuit and avoiding the risk of
contamination of the circuit fluid;

Application
UQD is a quick-disconnect couplings standard developed within the OCP based
on Intel’s initiative. According to the UQD specifications, Luxecasting now offers
four sizes: UQD-02, UQD-04, UQD-06, and UQD-08. As an open standard, any
couplings manufactured in compliance with the UQD specifications can be
interconnected. With Luxecasting’s high-precision manufacturing and extensive
experience in producing high-quality quick-disconnect couplings for a wide range
of applications, our UQD connector series ensures compliance with—and even
exceeds—standard specifications.
Luxecasting's UQD liquid-cooled dry-disconnect quick connectors are specifically
designed for liquid cooling applications in HPC and data centers.
UQD is an OCP-certified open standard. All connectors manufactured in strict
compliance with UQD specifications guarantee full cross-brand interoperability.
Compatible Media: Deionized water, purified water, water-glycol, water-propylene
glycol, fluorinated fluids, etc.
Thermal Management Applications: High-performance computing (HPC), data
