special-shaped formworks and aluminum frame formworks (aluminum-wood combination), and has now
upgraded to the whole-building prefabricated custom wooden formworks (one formwork to the top). It has
formed a mature dual-business model of sales and leasing, providing integrated services from drawing
deepening, custom production, on-site installation guidance to later recycling.
Relying on its independent innovation capabilities, the companys self-developed products such as
plastic-coated square column formworks, shear wall reinforcement systems, beam clamps, curved
formworks, cylindrical formworks and plastic-coated flat formworks have won a number of national
patents and are widely praised by architectural design institutes and construction units. We adhere to the

All formworks and accessories are classified by wall number, packaged and delivered with a material list.
On-site, it only needs to be checked according to the list and accurately hoisted to the corresponding
construction position by tower crane, completely eliminating material confusion.
Partitioned and Wall-Numbered Packaging & Delivery
Advanced equipment such as engraving machines,
laser pipe cutting machines and robotic welding
machines are adopted, and the precision of
formwork processing and screw hole positioning is
controlled within 0.5mm. The finished formworks
do not need on-site cutting, which reduces safety
risks and technical requirements for carpenters,
and keeps the construction site clean and free of
waste.

After pouring, the walls, beam
openings, shafts and other parts
have a beautiful shape, with flat and
smooth wall surfaces and tight
combination of wall tops, helping to
create high-quality projects at the
Luban Award level.
Excellent Forming Effect
Before construction, special personnel are assigned to
conduct pre-shift technical disclosure to clarify
construction key points; professional guidance is
provided during the process to ensure standardized
installation and efficiently promote the construction
process.
Full-Process Technical Support
The formwork has a standard width of 450mm and a
height of one formwork to the top. It is equipped
with exclusive accessories such as seam-blocking
angle irons, height adjusters and iron corner
protectors. The joints are locked by angle irons and
pins to prevent grout leakage. The elevator shaft
adopts semi-integral hoisting formworks, and the
external wall formworks can be lifted and rotated as
a whole. The vertical back arrises and shear wall
reinforcement parts have excellent strength, ensuring
the flatness of the wall and the forming effect of
internal and external corners.
Fast Assembly, Winning by Details
The wooden formworks have both elasticity and light
weight advantages. After removing the square tubes,
the formworks can be easily removed. The formworks
can be reused for more than 25 times, with
convenient turnover, greatly shortening the
construction period.
