安裝軸承時,務(wù)須在套圈的端?的圓周上施加均等的壓?,為將套圈裝?,嚴(yán)禁?榔頭等重
物直接敲擊套圈端?以免損傷軸承。此外,如果對套圈的某??(例如外圓)壓?,這往往要在滾
動?上造成壓痕或擦傷,萬不可采?,尤其是將?分離型軸承同時安裝于軸于軸承箱上時,?墊
鐵將內(nèi)外圈均衡的壓?。
When installing the bearing, it is necessary to apply equal pressure on the circumference of the end face

旋轉(zhuǎn),則各套圈所承受的負(fù)荷課分為旋轉(zhuǎn)負(fù)荷,靜?負(fù)荷和不定向負(fù)荷。承受旋轉(zhuǎn)負(fù)荷及不定向
負(fù)荷的套圈應(yīng)取靜配合(過盈配合)承受靜?負(fù)荷的套圈,課取過濾配合或動配合(游隙配合),
軸承負(fù)荷?或承振動,沖擊負(fù)荷時,其過盈須增?,采?空?軸,薄壁軸承箱或輕合?。塑料制軸
承箱時,也須增?過盈量。要求保持?度旋轉(zhuǎn)精度時,須采??精度軸承、并提?軸及軸承箱的
尺?精度,避免過盈過?。如果過盈過?,可能使軸或軸承箱的?何形狀精度影響軸承套圈的?
何形狀。從?損害軸承的旋轉(zhuǎn)精度。若分離型軸承(如深溝球軸承)內(nèi)外圈都采?靜配合,則軸承
安裝、拆卸極為不?便,最好將內(nèi)外圈的某??采?動配合。

的酸堿腐蝕環(huán)境仍可以運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)?如,故?般?于制作需要在?較嚴(yán)酷環(huán)境中精密運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的軸承,其
缺點(diǎn)是因材料本??較昂貴,故使?成本較?,?般內(nèi)外圈材料選?PEEK,保持架材料為
PTFE,PEEK,滾珠?般為ZrO2或SI3N4陶瓷球。
As newly developing engineering plastic material, PEEK have been approved have the strongest
mechanical strength and could endure the highest temperature among all the plastic material. PEEK could
work at 260C. Moreover they have excellentanti-corrosionperformance could be used in strong acid and alkali
environment. So generally they are used to manufacture bearings to realize precision running inrigor
environment. As the material is expensive, the costs are high.Generally the rings made with PEEK.Cage with
PTFE, PEEK and ball with ZrO2 or SI3N4.

公差
有關(guān)滾動軸承主要尺?的公差,公差值及旋轉(zhuǎn)精度,在GB及ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中均有所規(guī)定。軸承精
度等級除普通精度P0級之外,有P6,P5,P4級。精度等級依次提?。這些精度均按ISO規(guī)格。表
1,2列表是我公司?產(chǎn)的P0級陶瓷軸承及不銹鋼軸承(不包括塑料軸承)相應(yīng)公差及公差值,有
關(guān)P6,P5,P4級公差請與本公司聯(lián)系。
塑料軸承因加?精度及本?尺?穩(wěn)定性限制(熱膨脹系數(shù)遠(yuǎn)?于陶瓷及?屬及?屬材質(zhì))
那低于P0級公差?產(chǎn)。表3列出我公司?產(chǎn)的塑料軸承相應(yīng)的公差值。
The tolerances, tolerance values and rotation accuracy of the main dimensions of rolling bearings are
specified in GB and ISO standards. Bearing accuracy level in addition to the ordinary precision PO, there are
P6,P5,P4 levels. The accuracy level is improved successively. These accuracies are ISO specifications. Table 1,2
lists the coresponding tolerances and tolerance values of P0 ceramic bearings and stainless steel bearings
(excluding plastic bearings) produced by our company. For P6, P5, P4 tolerances, please contact our company.
Plastic bearings are produced below P0 tolerance due to machining accuracy and dimensional stability
limitations (thermal expansion coe cient is much higher than ceramic and metal and metal materials). Table
3 lists the corresponding tolerance values of plastic bearings produced by our company.

本公司?產(chǎn)的陶瓷軸承和不銹鋼軸承(塑料軸承另做要求)按以下系列徑向游隙標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(等同
國際及國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn))?產(chǎn)。0組為基本組(?稱標(biāo)準(zhǔn)游隙),在不做特殊說明時按此系列供貨。塑料軸
承按表3軸向游隙標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?產(chǎn),本公司?產(chǎn)的塑料軸承因塑料軸承尺?穩(wěn)定性受本?精度限制,加
?安裝時受軸及外殼擠壓容易變形,引起?作游隙減?,故在制造時必須配裝相對更?的游隙
才能保證軸承的正常使?。
The ceramic bearings and stainless steel bearings produced by the company (plastic bearings are
required separately) are produced according to the following series of radial clearance standards (equivalent
to international and international standards). Group O is the basic group (also known as standard clearance),
and is supplied according to this series without special instructions. Plastic bearings are produced according
to the axial clearance standard in Table 3. The plastic bearings produced by our company are easy to deform
due to the dimensional stability of plastic bearings limited by their own accuracy, and are easily squeezed by
the shaft and shell during processing and installation, resulting in reduced working clearance. Therefore,
relatively larger clearance must be installed during manufacturing to ensure the normal use of bearings.
