紫銅墊圈的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與用途：
1.紫銅墊片屬于金屬包覆墊片的一種，無磁性、導(dǎo)電、導(dǎo)熱性能、耐腐蝕性非常好。因此在熱交換器、壓力容器等高溫高壓密封部位使用，可以有效防止墊片的散架、介質(zhì)的侵蝕。
2.紫銅墊片標(biāo)準(zhǔn)紫銅密封墊一般采用帶螺紋的地方密封，它的密封原理是兩個(gè)結(jié)合面將紫銅墊擠壓變形，使得紫銅墊的兩個(gè)表面與兩個(gè)結(jié)合面緊密貼合沒有絲毫縫隙，從而得到密封效果。為達(dá)到密封效果，一般在使用前進(jìn)行退火處理，其目的是讓紫銅密封墊圈變軟，已達(dá)到更好的密封效果，而且還能有效的防止墊片的散架、介質(zhì)的侵蝕因此安裝在帶安裝槽的結(jié)合處，如公募配合的法蘭中、閥蓋、壓力表活接頭等處標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為厚度和直徑大小，厚度根據(jù)密封結(jié)合處的間隙大小來決定，尺寸則根據(jù)密封槽的尺寸需要來加工。
3.紫銅墊片采用優(yōu)質(zhì)的紫銅板材具備良好的焊接性，可經(jīng)冷、熱塑性加工制成各種成品和半成品，經(jīng)數(shù)控車床精密車削確保密封面平直，不翹曲，高精度研磨確保金屬面與法蘭密封面緊密貼合。
