PRODUCT PARAMETERS
Outdoor Bamboo Decking uses a unique high-temperature, high-intensity
compression process to remove sugar molecules from the bamboo, making
the bamboo free of fungi and microorganisms.
This solves the problem of anti-corrosion and insect resistance and by
changing the water-absorbing groups inside the bamboo,there by solving the
problem of deformation and cracking, the material density, hardness and
flexural strength are much higher than any wood.
Outdoor Bamboo Decking remains straight and very stable even after many
years of installation.

1.PREPARATION OF CONCRETE FLOOR
Level the ground to be laid on the outdoor floor and pour 10-15CM thick concrete.
2.FIXING THE KEEL
Use an impact drill or electric hammer to punch holes(about 10-12mm*60mm)on the concrete floor,one every 40cm(less than 40cm is
counted as 40cm),drive pine wood plugs into the holes,and place them on the keel.Punch holes on the keel,the hole diameter is the
same as the steel nails used,and the hole distance is the same as the ground hole distance.Then use 4*80 round nails to drive through
the keel.
The clear distance between the keels is not more than 500mm,and it is recommended to use 400mm for the interview;the installation of
the keels should be kept horizontal to ensure that the entire decking installation is completed and the buckles are flat and there are no
obvious bumps;
3.FIXINGMETHOD
1）Sweep fixing method (for floors with grooves on the side): When installing the first board, use flat-head stainless steel self-tapping
screws 4*45 on the outward side at a 45-degree angle, and the rest can be connected and fixed with floor connectors: specific the fixing
method is as follows: firstly insert one side of the floor fastener (face up, the hole is perpendicular to the ground) into the slot of the first
floor, and then press the side of the second floor against the first row of planks. Fasteners, insert the second row of floor
fasteners on the other side of the second floor (the number of floor fasteners is the same as the keel), and then insert the third decking
board... Install in sequence , about 4-8 pieces, and then use self-tapping screws to pass through the decking fasteners to fix the decking
on the keel; the decking is installed in this order. The installation method of the last piece at the end is the same as the first piece, and
the outward side is fixed with a 45-degree oblique screw from the rose screw.
2）Direct fixing method (for floors without grooves on the side): The first step is to place the outdoor floor in the required position, and
then punch 2-3 holes evenly on the board surface along the center of the keel, with a diameter of 4mm and a depth of 35- 40mm; in the
second step, use a drill with a diameter of 10mm to ream the top of the floor, and the depth is 2-3mm; in the third step, use 5*50
stainless steel countersunk head screws to drill the drilled holes to firm the floor.

1.MAINTENANCE CYCLE
The first maintenance is carried out in the third month after the paving is
completed; the second maintenance is carried out in the ninth month
after the paving is completed. Subsequent maintenance can be carried
out once a year.
2.MAINTENANCE METHOD
Choose a sunny day after the floor is dry (it is recommended to carry out
at least one week of continuous sunny weather).
1）Check for tightness: Check the floor for looseness and reinforce loose
floors.
2）Cleaning and Sweeping: Clean up all corrosion, dust, dirt, oil, coal ash
and other impurities on the floor surface. Before protection, the surface
must be completely cleaned; clean the debris around the floor and the
keel to make the drainage smooth.
3）Sanding: Use a soft steel brush to sand and clean the floor surface.
4）Oiling: Use the first coat of wood wax along the length of the brush.
5）Grinding: Use 80-100 grit sandpaper to polish the surface burrs.
6）Second oiling: Use a brush to apply the second wood wax oil along
the length.
3.PRECAUTIONS
1）Immediately after use, put rags, brushes, and waste into metal
containers to keep them clean and hygienic.
2）The second pass of wood wax oil is carried out 12 hours after the first
pass of brushing.
If we can carry out regular maintenance in accordance with our company's
maintenance precautions, we have reason to believe that our customers
can use heavy bamboo outdoor \"new floors\" every year.
To reiterate, the first maintenance should be carried out in the third month
after the installation of the heavy bamboo floor of our company; the
second maintenance should be carried out in the ninth month after the
installation is completed. Subsequent maintenance can be carried out
once a year.
