粉末彩涂板，與傳統(tǒng)油漆彩涂板類似，只是所用涂料類型不同。

粉末彩涂板也是以熱鍍鋅板、熱鍍鋁鋅板、熱鍍鋅鋁鎂板、冷軋板作為底材，經(jīng)過(guò)脫脂鈍化處理之后，再進(jìn)行粉末靜電涂裝，經(jīng)過(guò)高溫烘烤之后得到的產(chǎn)

品，即為粉末彩涂板。粉末彩涂板的顏色豐富多彩，可參照GSB色卡、RAL色卡、Pantone色卡調(diào)色，同時(shí)可根據(jù)客戶實(shí)際需求，進(jìn)行個(gè)性化定制。

粉末彩涂板的表面狀態(tài)可分為平面、砂紋、皺紋、珠光以及木紋等特殊紋理效果。

粉末彩涂板具有外觀亮麗、易加工成型、使用壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)，廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑、家電、裝飾、交通運(yùn)輸?shù)雀鱾€(gè)領(lǐng)域。

粉末涂料由樹脂、顏填料、固化劑、助劑，以一定的比例混合，熔融擠出、再進(jìn)行粉碎過(guò)篩工藝制備而成。擁有100%固含，以粉末狀態(tài)存在，制造過(guò)程及使

用過(guò)程都無(wú)'三廢”產(chǎn)生，更無(wú)需添加任何溶劑，是以空氣作為分散介質(zhì)，利用高壓靜電吸附方式進(jìn)行涂裝。

粉末涂料是一種環(huán)境友好型產(chǎn)品，具有:高效(Efficiency)節(jié)能(Economy)經(jīng)濟(jì)(Economy)環(huán)保(cology)4大特點(diǎn)，國(guó)際上稱之為“4E”涂料。

包裝以避免運(yùn)輸途中損傷。

2.運(yùn)輸車輛必須車況良好，車廂底面應(yīng)平

整、清潔。

3.最底層的板子反面向下，最頂層的板子反

面向上，要擠壓緊湊、密實(shí)，防止產(chǎn)品在

運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中擠壓變形、磨傷等損壞。

4.捆綁繩或捆綁帶在拐角處不能和板直接接

觸，綁帶和產(chǎn)品拐角部位必須墊夾板護(hù)

邊，并注意掌握捆綁力度，防止產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)

邊角變形。

一、裝車

1.運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中應(yīng)保證盡可能地在堅(jiān)實(shí)平整的

坡、急彎地段，應(yīng)減速行駛。

2.長(zhǎng)途運(yùn)輸時(shí)，應(yīng)時(shí)常檢查貨物狀況，如出

現(xiàn)異常，應(yīng)及時(shí)采取措施糾正，避免出現(xiàn)

意外。

3.應(yīng)避免板材受壓或造成任何機(jī)械損傷，并

遠(yuǎn)離明火。

1.產(chǎn)品存放產(chǎn)地應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離明火且不得與化

學(xué)藥品接觸；宜存放在避光通風(fēng)處，避

免陽(yáng)光暴曬，并采取適當(dāng)?shù)谋Ｗo(hù)措施。

2.產(chǎn)品應(yīng)在堅(jiān)實(shí)、平整的地面上存放，

底部應(yīng)用軟質(zhì)墊塊鋪墊，墊塊間距不應(yīng)

大于1.5米；切記不可采用木質(zhì)墊塊。

3.散裝堆放不得高于1.5米，防止暴曬和

雨淋。

4.板垛周圍應(yīng)設(shè)置明顯標(biāo)識(shí)，以免撞傷

損壞。板垛上不應(yīng)放置重物、硬物，以

防劃傷板面，嚴(yán)禁踩踏。

1.適當(dāng)?shù)陌惭b和維修對(duì)保持板正常的使

用周期和漆面是十分重要的，所有的油

漬、灰塵、指紋或其他的污漬在安裝前

必須去除以保證板的使用周期和板的美

2.清潔板面勿用溶解性強(qiáng)的溶劑和易劃

二、運(yùn)輸

1.當(dāng)產(chǎn)品運(yùn)到，應(yīng)檢查產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、長(zhǎng)

度、運(yùn)輸損傷等，如果發(fā)生任何損傷請(qǐng)?jiān)?/p>

接貨單上做出標(biāo)記并請(qǐng)司機(jī)簽名，并有責(zé)

任提供損壞說(shuō)明。

2.卸車時(shí)應(yīng)在堅(jiān)實(shí)、平整的地面上卸車，

并采用專用的機(jī)械進(jìn)行卸車，與板材直接

接觸的工具表面應(yīng)覆有軟墊層，以免損傷

板材。

3.人工卸車、搬運(yùn)；

1)佩戴保護(hù)手套以避免板材表面磨損并保證

安全。

2)輕抬輕放，雙手將底部全部托起，不得單

獨(dú)抬頂部面板，避免將板材撕裂;不得拖

拉，以免磨傷、劃傷板面；避免板材的彎

曲，否則會(huì)造成板材內(nèi)部填充材料斷裂及

板材表面的變形。
