Application
The influence of uncontrolled heat gains from cooking,
lighting and sunshine etc., can lead to wasteful overheating.
The EDISON TRV is designed to react to temperature fluctuations
and allow you to control individual room temperature.

Function
In one-pipe systems, radiators are connected in series with respect to the same manifold outlet. When configured for
this type of system, sends only the 50% of the flow rate (30% with thermostatic control head) to the radiator, whereas
the remaining medium is by-passed and conveyed to the next radiator. In this way the radiators can be shut off
individually (for isolation or maintenance) while allowing radiators further downstream in the system to continue
operating. Furthermore, the temperature can be regulated automatically using thermostatic control heads or
thermoelectric actuators.

THERMOSTATIC RADIATOR VALVE CORE
Application
The Radiator temperature control valves with integrated pre-regulation are used in two-pipe heating systems with
conventional temperature or high temperature differences, and can also be used in single-pipe heating systems.
The valve balances the flow required at the heating end with an integrated pre-regulation function, enabling precise
hydraulic control of the hot water required by each customer. Thermostat or electric actuator can be installed to realize
automatic control of indoor temperature control.

Automatic air vents with external float are designed to remove the air that is released from the water when it is
heated and which accumulates at the top of radiators, limiting the normal heat exchange process and giving rise to
noise and corrosion.
The air vent has been constructed so that it can be installed on any type of heating emitters ranging from the
traditional cast iron radiators to the thin steel panel radiators.
All models are equipped with a hygroscopic safety cap.

The pressure independent control valve is a device composed of an automatic flow rate regulator and a control valve with
actuator. The device can adjust flow rate and keep it constant in the presence of changing differential pressure conditions of
the circuit in which it is installed.
The pressure independent control valve (PICV) is supplied complete with connections for upstream and downstream pressure
test ports for checking of operating conditions.
The device can be used in air-conditioning systems.
